This property was under renovation... The whole main floor was gone except for a card table with bagels a microwave and a juice dispenser no plates or utensils, elevator doesn't work at times, rooms are not finished, half are dusty and dirty from construction... Had to carry bags up three floors with a heart condition... Need a refund!!! Receptionist at checkout was very nice and apologized but her hands are tied.

Lobby was a mess due to some renovation. No one at the desk, so we had to call. Check-in basically done on a clip board in the parking lot. The room was in good shape though: clean, stocked with necessities like soap and towels, and ready when we arrived.
