Lovely resort and very helpful staff
Ona El Marques is a lovely resort.We have been going there for many years now. Only downside this year was the apartment we were given had a raised balcony which we thought was quite dangerous as there was no barricade at edge of balcony and about a foot drop to the apartment level.

Check-in/Check out very good, male receptionist very helpful with info on area. Apartment spacious and clean if a little dated, kitchen fully equipped, 2 bathrooms, large terrace. Swimming pool warm and plenty of sunbeds. Restaurant good. Very easy to get around on bus as stop 2 minutes away. Lidl 2 mins away. Would stay again.

Overcharged
Hotel asked me to amend/cancel booking then their reservation department charged me for doing exactly what the hotel staff told me! I'm very surprised as I've never had this problem or been overcharged by any hotel ever.
