Noisy and so surrounded by construction you couldnt see the hotel. When we did find it, it looked closed.

It was the most noisy place I've ever tried to sleep. Between the refrigerator and the heater noises we couldnt sleep. The kitchen only had 2 sm cups for coffee and 1 leaked. It had plenty of empty cabinets. It was also hard to find due to new construction all around it. The access road looked closed. It wouldve been nice for the website to have warned of the construction and looked closed. Otherwise it was convenient for the Maverick Center and a few restaurants.

They overbooked the rooms. We had a short window to get to a concert and when we checked in with 4 people were told they had no rooms left that would accommodate us. Told me it was because we did not pre-pay for the room and purchased it through a third party. Yet when I booked through Travelocity there was the option to pay at property. Said they could cancel reservation. When I told them that was not satisfactory, and continued to push the issue, they finally gave in and gave us two rooms with single beds for the same price. This should have been offered from the start. All the back and forth made us late to the concert. The only reason I booked here was to be within walking distance of the venue. That did work nicely. Lots of construction going on around hotel.

The hotel was very clean, staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were comfortable. The location to our destination was perfect. There was construction surrounding the entire property which made it hard to find.
