gross, outdated, old and smelly.
For 158.00??? lol---the jacuzzi was barley warm and gross, the walls at the exits were crumbling away, there were at least 7 sightings of bed bugs in room 237. the staff was eating breakfast at 945 off the continental, the paint was worn in the interior, the sign was ripped to pieces on the outside, the carpets in the hallways and rooms smelled so rancid. used shampoo room. pillow smelled like the last guy. i would never return and may never use a Baymount again or Wynduam. so sad. i travel alot to.

The indoor pool was cold,the hot tub was Luke warm,no pool towels on a Friday night,tv remote was outdated and difficult to operate,the toilet seat was so stiff it took two hands to raise and lower, when out of towels to bring to front desk to verify,and to top it off the breakfast employee had a tip jar to solicit money,that is a first for us seeing that is self serve
