Immerse yourself in the outside/in lifestyle in this pristinely preserved Mid Century Modern time capsule in the heart of Urban Sacramento!!! Joseph Eichler- the famous Mid Century Modern builder, completed just 61 of these homes in the Sacramento area.

This home features three bedrooms, floor to ceiling dual paned windows, original mahogany walls, updated baths, pool and HOT TUB! There is a grassy area for the family as well as a set up for BBQing and outside enjoyment. The kitchen has been outfitted with all of the essentials and there is a washer and dryer in the home. Park your vehicle in the garage and enjoy the 10 minute commute to the CA State Capitol. This is also a mere 15-20 minute drive from the Sacramento International Airport.
