Uni guys meet up 2019
8 adults and 10 children found this house perfect for our annual get together. The pool area and outdoor eating areas were fantastic and we found some wonderful close-by beaches and restaurants. The house is made up of three separate smaller apartments which we hadn’t realised before getting there but it worked out fine!

Séjour très agréable
Nous avons été satisfait de nos vacances à Royan dans cette villa. Les propriétaires sont accessibles et agréables. nous étions 18 (8 adultes, 10 enfants) en séjour mi-nautique/mi-visite. La résidence est bien située, avec un grand jardin. Merci

Nous étions 18 (de 12 ans à 81 ans) Nous avons passés un excellent séjour… couchage de très bonne qualité, il faisait beau et nous avons passé le plus clair de notre temps dehors pour les repas avec un bel espace extérieur au milieu de la nature et à deux pas de côte, du centre ville et des commerces. Aucun vis à vis… nos jeunes ont beaucoup apprécié dormir tous ensemble en ayant leur espace de jeu et pouvant mettre de la musique dehors. Vélos indispensables pour prendre le temps de visiter la côte en total sécurité sur les nombreuses pistes cyclables proposées Ne pas avoir d’exigence sur le standing et le mobilier…

Nous avons passés une belle semaine avec le soleil au rendez vous. Endroit calme avec une belle piscine qui est l atout de la maison. Petit désagrément à l arrivée car nous n'avons pu avoir la location que entre 17h et 18h du fait que le ménage n'était pas fini . Revoir aussi quelques installations qui sont à notre goût très vétustes. ( douche , chaises longues, montée d'escalier...) Manque de rangements pour les courses. Attention aux vis qui dépassent autour de la piscine.

Très bel endroit
Point négatif : le mobilier et les équipements ne sont pas tout jeunes. Points positifs : - Les propriétaires sont très agréables et compréhensifs. - La propriété est superbe, de grands espaces, une belle piscine, très bien situé. Très calme, aucun voisinage. Le rapport qualité/prix est très bon. Dans l'ensemble, je recommande vivement. Merci pour ce séjour.

Grande propriété au calme, mais bien situé. Parfait pour un séjour en famille où tout le monde peux parler sans avoir à se soucier des voisins. La piscine est un vrai plus, les trois studios sont fonctionnels. Nous retournerons avec grand plaisir dans la maison de Bernadette et Joël qui sont des hôtes très sympathiques.

Le propriétaire est réactif aux demandes urgentes Par contre, piscine pas chauffée, pas éclairage extérieur au niveau de la piscine et aire de jeux... Odeur désagréable à certains moments lié aux marais entourant la maison. Le toboggan est à changer ...
