All of the bar tenders were great but the restaurant staff, especially at the buffets, were not the most pleasant. The food was a lot better than we expected and cocktails were strong. There is not much to do for a younger couple. They had a “beach club” for adults that had no more than 6 people ...

Room was clean everyday like we just got there. Pools were nice. Food was good. Some different choices.

Emporio Cancun Optional All Inclusive
The cleaning could have been better over the 4 days. The shower was never cleaned, and when we needed something, they would say "I'll bring it in five minutes," but they never did. It wasn't an excellent experience, but it was okay!

Overall everything was so good the fisherman restaurant and the employees were very nice and friendly. The kids paradise water should be warm the pool water was so cold and employees should know English better it was really hard to communicate.
