It's sad for me to give a negative review. Unfortunately this place needs a lot of attention. Some much needed deep cleaning inside and out. It looks like a construction zone around the house and there are boxes of holiday ornaments stacked next to the entry door into the rental. There is a very strong dog odor in the living/dining room. We opened all windows and main door to air it out as well as sprayed febreeze, but it didn't help. The kitchen cabinets and shower door was covered in fingerprints and soap residue inside and the sink backsplash had toothpaste splatter. There were cobwebswith dead bugs/flies around baseboards and in every window. The main bedroom had kiss marks on the mirror in closet the fabric headboard was covered in scratches, hand smudges & dust. This was very unpleasant and made us uncomfortable. There isn't much of a buffer between upstairs residents and the VRBO rental space. You can hear pets at all hours and a man constantly clearing his throat as well as whatever they are watching on TV. We put a music station on the TV to try and drown out all their noises. On the last night my husband was woken up to water dripping on the nightstand and splattering on him from the mini split above the bed. We had not even used that one. We feel upset that we couldn't even so much as sit outside and enjoy the ambiance. There was only 1 chair outside and it was not clean either. We paid for 4 nights including a cleaning deposit, yet the home was not really clean.
