Welcome to our beautiful 10-acre property in Pilot Hill! This secluded retreat is the perfect getaway for those looking to escape the hustle and bustle of city life. The property is nestled among towering trees and boasts stunning views of the surrounding countryside. The property is surrounded by nature, near plenty of hiking trails and a small pond for fishing.
Whether you're looking for a peaceful retreat or a place to explore nature, this property is the perfect destination. Near Sacramento, Reno, and Lake Tahoe.

This property is fully licensed for vacation home rental, holding both a Vacation Home Rental (VHR) Permit Number VHR 076968 and a Transient Occupancy Tax Number, ensuring compliance with local regulations and tax requirements.

The home features 3 comfortable bedrooms, designed to accommodate a maximum of 8 guests. This is based on a calculation of two persons per bedroom, plus an additional two guests for the property overall. Children aged 5 and under are not included in the occupancy count.

For the comfort of our community and to ensure all guests have a peaceful stay, quiet hours are strictly observed from 10 PM to 8 AM daily.

Beautiful location
The location was beautiful, the house is nice. The house was clean and had the facilities. The hot tub was fun as well the swing. The house needs some improvement like the kitchen equipment are little old. There is only one AC in the main room, so for really hot day it's hard to sleep. Overall it was good, but if made some more improvements to the house, it will be a beautiful place to stay.
