Modern Western Design with Private Heated Pool, BBQ and Golf

Hang out with your group in the resort-style backyard with a covered patio and BBQ. Dip in the pool. There is a den with built-in desks. Aside from the 3 bedrooms, the office has an air mattress that can sleep two people. If you want to go biking, there are bikes. Only minutes from downtown and the perfect distance to everything such as food, Scottsdale, Golf, Shopping, and hospitals.

Note: The pool can be heated for a fee of $75/day and must be used for the entire length of your stay (we turn it on before you arrive and turn it off after you leave).

My parents and I and my teen age daughters stayed at the house. Was in a Nice location quiet, shopping nearby, convenient to everything. About 25 minutes to legacy park. Very clean and had everything you need.

Backyard summer dream
We rented this house so that our 2 younger grandkids could have a pool all to themselves. Although hot, which is to be expected in our very warm state. It was a hit with them and us. House was very clean and just as described.
