I have been coming to this property since 2009, first for work and now for a bit of a winter getaway. What has remained true through the years and ownership changes is the friendliness of the staff. This spot is great as it is close to many food and shopping options.

The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. We ran into some issues with our flights changing and they worked with us on early check in and late check out, which was great. The breakfast was super good, the rooms clean. Overall it was a great stay and we definitely will be back!

Excellent service at reception desk & in the breakfast area. They truly seemed to enjoy their jobs. Breakfast was also excellent. Comfortable & spacious rooms. We’ll be back!

ABANDON HOPE ALL YE…
The facilities were very run down and far from modern. Unfortunately, the ceiling in the shower was bubbling paint and moldy from neglect, which is gross. Not once during my stay did housekeeping come by to replace towels or empty the trash. The front desk had a vending machine where you could purchase candy but not shaving cream or toothpaste. They charged an additional undisclosed parking fee and an additional 40 dollar incidental fee (no idea what this could have covered since it was an up front advanced charge) which were not disclosed when I supposedly paid in full well in advance via hotels.com. Also, the walls were paper thin and I could hear nearly everything that was going on in the rooms adjacent and above at all hours of the night. The breakfast that was offered was as bottom barrel as it gets - crappy watery and leaking powdered eggs and microwaved sausage patties. I am not a picky person and I’ve lived in extremely austere conditions so my bar is low. This place just wqs plain not good. This is all a reflection of ownership and management and not on the individual emplyees. There are so many other options nearby 1 I’d recommend staying away.
