This is an awful place: ugly, dirty and infested with roaches. It must be immediately closed for sanitary seasons, desinsected, and cleaned.

The room smelled like stale cigarettes, there were roaches all over the room and there was hair on the supposedly freshly placed towels. The property is overall clearly occupied by folks down on their luck. My son and I didn't even stay; we checked out within an hour of returning to the room after our activities.

Full of roaches,holes in walls, burns and blood on comforters and the towels all have black stains and are not washed properly. Couples arguing all night outside rooms, and alot traffic.

Roaches, bed bugs, blood on three different walls, blood and various fluid stains on pillows, sheets and comforter, broken elevator, discarded drugs and alcohol in the only available staircases, a police raid at 11pm, two separate instances of people knocking on my door/trying to open the door, asking for clean sheets and getting stale sheets with fresh stains on them in return, air vent in bathroom ripped off the wall, several inches of mold in kitchen and bathroom, and all of this within 4 hours. I asked for to check out and get a refund within five minutes of checking in and the staff was unable to do so. After a week of working with Travelocity, they were also unable to provide a refund. I paid almost $500 up front and didn't even sleep one night. They still have my $50 security deposit as well. By the way-there is no way this hotel is sanitized for COVID prevention. A note to Travelocity : remove this hotel from your bookings. If you have overwhelmingly bad reviews and you cannot help your customers in cases like this- you should not allow bookings through YOUR site to this location.
