The property is extremely convenient. It's right next to a family mart and has quick subway access. All the major shopping is around the corner, so it is readily accessible but you don't have to hear all the noise. The staff were friendly and accomadating. The lobby serves juice and coffee in the afternoons and has a currency exchange machine. Laundry machines were very easy and affordable to use.

Some staff are not friendly and seem to be bothered by inquiries. They do not help give directions and could care less about helping you make any transportation arrangements. When seeking directions their answer is walk for about 10 minutes but not even to say which direction to proceed. Carpets need to be vacuumed. Rooms and bathrooms are extremely small. If you are used to US standard rooms, do not stay here. This place is not suitable for anyone tall or a bit heavy. Rooms are tight and beds are small. Description will say can sleep 4 - but do not be fooled because it can only sleep 2. The only thing great about this hotel is the location. The location is about 2 minutes away from Dotonbori which is a plus.

At the heart of Namba. Easy access to the train stations via the Namba Walk underpass and Dotonbori at the doorstep, the location is excellent. Parking is provided by an external service at a short distance away. However, I didn’t use it as the easiest I can retrieve the car is 8 am when my flight is early morning.
