Staff were unorganized. Or inexperienced. Asked for early check in but they said the room we requested wouldn’t be ready til 4. Ok. We came back at 4:30 and room still wasn’t ready. So we took an alternate room which was acceptable.

Overall it was a nice place to stay! The only thing I was surprised about was how firm/uncomfortable the beds were to the point of needing extra pillows to try to bring some relief to my back, and our phones didn’t work in our room….had to call down with our cellphones. But location was great, tons of options for food around, and breakfast buffet was amazing! We’re not early risers, so being able to have the option for breakfast after 8 was nice!
