Excellent Customer Service. When checking in to room and arriving in room. TV monitor had a Welcome Greeting on screen for us. Nice touch!

I stay at the Hampton Inn and Suites at least three times a year. I and my family really enjoy and just love everything about the Hampton. It's like our home away from home. It's service with a smile. Ms. Anna is the best. She makes sure we are comfortable and always enjoy our stay. I can't say she takes care of any problems during our stay, because so far, we haven't encountered any problems at the Hampton. It is and will always be our Favorite hotel. Ms. Anna we will see you soon!

The entrance is confusing. There is a small sign adjacent to a Dunkin Donut which is poor signage. That is the only thing I see that needs improvement.
