Nothing unique about this place. The TV did not work, at all. The bathroom sink was stopped up. The ICE MACHINE did not work

The house keeper clean daily. Amazing. I stayed in Best Western Falcon Plaza Bieking green Ohio with double price I asked to clean they don’t. They just straighten up the used sheet from previous night I used. It s the truth. I’m very happy with house keeper here. ThAnk you.

The room was very nice and the bed was quite comfortable. The only down side was the ice machine on our floor wasn't working. But otherwise, really good!

I find it incredibly insulting to have made a change to my reservation, both by phone and email through the Travelocity confirmation, to change to a room with 2 beds rather than 1. Upon arrival the very dismissive man at the counter without even looking informed me there were no rooms available with 2 beds. Yet later when I was bringing my bags in from my vehicle I clearly heard him ask a person at the counter if they wanted one bed or two!! I guess because I wasn’t the of the same ethnicity as he was I didn’t rate being placed into the room I had actually reservered!!
