Staff not professional, I ask for a later check out and was told lasted I could have was 12noon, other properties offer at least a 1 or 2 pm check out. When I asked staff was rude and gave conflicting information. When I was checking out on Sunday the employee mumbled good go home. Staff at this establishment was very rude , I don’t think I will stay there again.

Only a few months old. Room and bath layout was clever. Small spanish grocery half block away. Near bus. About a mile from subways. Good buffet. Common area next to lobby open 24-7. Coffee available all night. Everyone was nice. People from everywhere.
