Margaritaville was fun and many amenities, the location was in the middle of everything. Pool activities and beach was fun and easy access. Room service was excellent and cleaned our room everyday, staff was very helpful and welcoming.

The property itself is nice! I wouldn’t recommend coming to the Bahamas if you’re looking for entertainment because there is none! There is absolutely no nightlife or local bars! Not too many food options either! The prices at the resort are astronomical! A lot of tourist, including myself ate breakfast at the local McDonald’s pretty often!

The room was not ready to be used by guest. The shower faucet was not attached so it was not usable and the water heater was turned off. The built in refrigerator/freezer was broken, so a portable refrigerator was in the room that was noisy.

The outside was nice looking. Check in was disorganize. We were a party of nine, 4 rooms, only one was ready. We were told to try the Fish House down the street, area was very shady, we were followed by thugs! We didn’t have towels, hot water, shower was dirty, bathroom was dusty, sheets never were changed, food very over priced,staff was not friendly with the exception of Laquisha at the beach. Dogs roam the beach! Needless to say I won’t return or recommend Margaritaville

EVERY ROOM HAS AN OCEAN VIEW!!! Amazing. I loved that it's not overcrowded. No problem finding pool lounge chairs. Staff was very friendly. Please budget for food as that cost more than I expected.

My favorite area was the 4th floor, the adult infinity pool, it was very relaxing there. The hotel is new, very nicely decorated and rooms a very clean. The beach area was a little crowded. We ate at the cafe and didnt like the food, tortilla chips stale and food was over cooked.. We stayed 2 nights, one day on the 9th floor, and it was good.. The second night we stayed in the suite room, it had a very nice view, very spacious, but the bed was broken and didn't sleep well. It was late and were so tired, so we didnt report it, but as soon as we called it in the next norning, they came to fix it. There isn't many options for dinner since they close restaurants in downtown by 4ish.

The room were very nice, I did find a cockroach, the pools very dirty like the havent been scrubbed in years the staff was ok . Not alot of options for food and at the time of check in a 200 dlls refundable deposit will be collected per day to be used for food and drinks wether you like it or not. Their guests are not priority yrs actually the people that cone from the cruises because they will make more money with them charging them fot beach chairs and poool use and if you have a rental car you still have to pay 25 dlls per day to use their car garage CRAZY. Next time Ill go to MEXICO

As a doorman in New York City, I would highly not recommend this place to anyone. Bell mans was the best, Front desk staff are very rude no communication skills not very friendly. None of them. The AC works when it wants to work. There is nothing for adults to do after a certain time 5 PM or for kids! As soon as the cruise ship leaves Everything closes. The rooftop sucks my JBL speaker was louder than their music. there’s nothing for anyone to do after a certain time was the most horrible state I’ve ever had in my life and I vacation 4 to 5 times a year. This was the first time I had to leave a negative review back ever! Everything sucks about this hotel. The bar closes early by the pool. The pool closes early. They take away all the swimming tubes just very, very horrible. Very disappointed. We made the best of it but would never recommend this to anyone

We had a leak in our shower the first night. Maintenance was sent up immediately but couldn’t figure out where the water was coming from. Never checked back in with us the rest of our stay.

Had an amazing time at this property. I will say that the food was just ok. The highlight of our dining experience was the sea bass that we had at JWB (compliments to the chef). I would suggest just walking around and eating at the local spots (walk down the beach to The Fish Fry - a collection of local restaurants and bars). The bar across the street from the hotel has reasonably priced drinks as well. It is very family friendly, so if you’re a couple looking for a kid-free environment, this is not it. Great experience here
