Great place, bad service
The stay at Belcourt was not what I expected. The toilet was wabbly, the shower floor was dirty and sticky. They took over an hour to receive our parking key. The main door jam was damaged when we got there. We told them about our situation and they said that they will look into it after we leave.
Finally, we have contacted them about 2 months before our arrival date to respectfully cancel our reservation, they denied our request. The reason why they decided not to cancel was because we purchased our reservation from a 3rd party.
We will be going back to Nashville in the near future, but will think twice about the lack of customer service from Sonder.
