Everything was great- first time staying here for the Opry at night. 1 mile basically across the road. Easy access. Clean, very friendly and roomy suite. Loved it.

Staff was nice. Room cleaning was by request only and sign advising of this was blocked and staff did not advise when checking in. Breakfast was severely lacking. Paint was peeling off the ceiling in the bathroom. Price was too high for lack of everything.

Never been to a hotel where they care about your soul as well as your physical. As soon as I stepped into the lobby I saw a prayer request box. Mind blowing, I loved the idea and God Bless this establishment 100 fold. Wonderful staff and very comfortable room and bedding.
