Our lovely 3 bedroom home is in a nice neighborhood, convenient location... only13-15 miles to downtown Nashville and all the sites and 18 miles to the Nashville Int'l airport, plus close to great Local restaurants, grocery stores, and lakeside and water craft/fishing at nearby Old Hickory

Our entire lovely home is just for you. It offers a fully stocked kitchen, comfortable bedrooms, nicely furnished Living/family room, dining room, shade covered private back yard with deck and patio area to enjoy with friends and family.

This family Home is in a quiet neighborhood. It offers high speed WIFI , Two HDTV TV's. Its fully supplied in the kitchen and tastefully decorated and Impeccably clean, comfortable seating, (recliner) open floor plan, located in a lovely well kept and safe neighborhood. And free parking!

Nestled among trees on a quiet cul-de-sac...convenient to Downtown Nashville, the Grand Ole Opry and most entertainment and sports venues as well as the Universities. Close by walking trails at Historic Moss Wright Park a (5 min drive).

Located on the main floor, with a comfortable pillow-top King bed, a separate dressing area (w/sink/mirror}, a separate large garden tub/shower room and additional private room with toilet and sink combination. large walk-in closet which is air-conditioned/heated.

There are two comfortable bedrooms located upstairs with a full bathroom.and Queen Size beds.

Downstairs Great room has comfortable leather seating, vaulted ceiling, ceiling fan. Our family Home Plenty of room to spread out and enjoy family and friends. The kitchen is well stocked, with spices, sugar and other baking conveniences.

The neighborhood is great for taking family walks or jogging. Neighbors are friendly, you'll see many people walking their dogs. Welcome back to our peaceful Home after being in the hustle and bustle of downtown Nashville.

Nice place for Nashville area visit !
Great and quiet neighborhood! Easy access to Downtown Nashville and Area restaurants and grocery store. I enjoyed my stay and owner of house was wonderful. Did discuss a few items with him to make sure next stay better and I am sure he will accommodate!

The place was great for us. Attending an event at the Nissan Center. Close enough for convenience but located in quiet neighborhood. The hosts were very responsive. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice suburban home in quiet neighborhood
We enjoyed our stay. The house is well set up and commutable to downtown Nashville, less than a half hour away. We briefly met the host who stopped by to get a leaf blower. He was very nice.

A great place to find rest
Me and some other were in town for a conference. The location of the home was precisely between the two alternating event locations and made it convenient in that regard. The home was clean and comfortable. Jack’s communication was great and he even called a few days before the trip to see if we had any questions before arriving and to make sure we knew he was available for questions s and any issues that might pop up, of which there were none. Exploring Tennesse
The house was central to our travels throughout Tennesse. We drove to Memphis and to the Smoky mountains for day trips. It was nice to come back to home base. House is comfortable and in a quiet neighborhood. It is 15-20 minutes away from most tourist locations such as the Ryman Auditorium, Country Music Hall of Fame and the Grand Ole Opry.

Amazing home
We could not of asked for a better place to stay. The house had everything we needed, very clean and cute. The location was perfect, close to tons of shopping and eating places. Jack was the perfect host. The communication was great. He called to welcome us and followed up to make sure everything was as we expected. We will definitely stay here again!!!

Exactly what we were looking for.
This place felt like home away from home. We wanted proximity to all Nashville had to offer without being in the middle of the hustle and bustle. It felt like we were 10 minutes from everything, but in a beautiful quiet neighborhood. The property manager was so friendly and accommodating I felt like we were old friends. I would definitely recommend this home and if we return to Nashville, this will be the first place I will consider.
