Beautiful one of a kind cozy Park Home on the water with multiple large porches on 5 private water front lots in gated neighborhood on 365 acre spring fed East Texas lake with catfish, crappie, and bass.

Cabin comfortably accommodates 4 with a Queen master bedroom and loft that has 2 twin beds. Extra large attached porch with lounge area, dining area, and lake access. Additional detached covered porch with dining and seating area. Beautiful secluded wooded lots surrounding the property. Central Air/Heat.

Great back porch overlooking large waterfront lot with 500 ft of private water front shoreline. Outdoor Gas Grill. Large private fire pit overlooking the water on scenic point (initial firewood provided).

10 minutes from Ben Wheeler and Edom. 22 miles from Canton and Canton Trade Days on 1st Monday weekends. 80 minutes from Downtown Dallas.

Canoe, Kayaks, life jackets available at no charge to use at your own risk.

Lakefront Cabin
Beautiful spot on Callender Lake in Murchison. The property was centrally located and we enjoyed First Monday Trades days in Canton as well as a great dinner in Edom, TX. The host was very helpful and gave us a nice tour of the property and all the amenities it offered for a fun filled and pleasant weekend! Would definitely stay again!

The pictures don’t do this place justice. The drive from Allen was short , that’s why I booked it . Driving up to the gate I wasn’t impressed, I thought oh great it’s old and shabby. Everyone there was nice . As I drove up to the house I started to get excited, I doubled checked the address and my heart was so happy. It’s a tiny living space but the outside porch and yard by the lake makes up for it . The owners are so nice !! Place was very welcoming, my snap judgement at first was way off . I will definitely go back again. Even though your neighbors are close it really does feel private……My 45 birthday in Solitude, thank u so much for everything!!!

Great Stay - We’ll Be Back, Just Like Arnold
We loved the place. All was very clean, and the hosts were very friendly, available, and responsive to even our few, minor questions. The TV setup was very good compared to comparable listings, and the porch and fire pit were a huge plus - a great party or chill-out place. Only two minor knocks: - The loft is strictly limited to sleeping, with a ~3 foot ceiling clearance. It’s strictly for crashing or for the kids. We made good use of it, but just be aware. - There is no lighting on the shore area. The fire pit being there helps. Just prepare for this if you plan to fish. We arrived unprepared for this but still caught 2 nice catfish the last night were there without much effort. We would certainly stay there again.
