Location is very centralized and easy access to lots. The building is quite impressive and it has a nice roof top with hot tub, steam and sauna rooms and gym. Would recommend

The concept is cool and the rooms look nice. There are significant issues with the WiFi (practically unusable), and with insulation. The area is amazing (Montreal’s old port).
