It was clean and well kept…. But they need to have protocols in place for power outages that is only at the motel. This was handled very poorly by staff and management . When guests have to notify NB Power because staff insist that it’s not just the hotel and everything is lit up around us…. 5 1/2 hours later with and electrician and engineer the lights finally came back on… not even “ we are sorry for what happened” when we checked out , just “ we will be refunding you your room for last night”….. I would have much rather had a friendly face and a “ we are so sorry “ not a disgruntled employee who didn’t want to be there

We couldn't shower in the morning because there was no hot water The hot tub was broken and the kitchen set the fire alarm off twice
