Greeted in our room by a 2" cockroach, things just got worse after that. The floor was uneven. The faucet in the shower was broken. Grout missing on the tiles. The sink faucet sprayed water out sideways. Only 3 pillows. Forced to stay here due to flight issue, and the room cost $250. This place needs to be torn down and start over from scratch.

The checkin time could be earlier but they did try to get you in early. Location for this hotel isn’t airport so No where to go but wait in the crowded lobby for a few hours. It is what it is.

We got stuck in Miami while traveling - got to the hotel around 11 pm and left at 5:30 am the next morning. Very dated, fairly clean - very loud from airport - shuttle didn't start til 6 am and we had to leave at 5:30 so had to take a cab. Wasn't expecting much for the $$. Clerk was very nice

We’ve stayed here 4 times so far and will again!
Kayla was absolutely wonderful at the front desk! So cheerful and friendly! Our room was not ready when we arrived and we had to wait about a half hour past 3p. We never were able to connect to the wifi. The beds were a tad too firm. We truly enjoyed our stay! The hotel shuttle and shuttle to cruise port were very good. To the cruise port on marathon day was a huge concern for us but the shuttle service handled it well. Good location near restaurants.
