Need to raise beds off the floor and keep tp the site sdcertising. IE no breakfast when it says and better communication from the kids checking people in.

TRIED TO CANCEL AND JUST GOT VOICEMAIL WENT TO ADDRESS-- NO SIGN-- HAD FOR RENT SIGNS IN HOUSE COULD NOT EVEN FIND THE PLACE--ADDRESS WAS ON A SIDE STREET WITH PEOPLE AL HANGING IN THE STREET DID NOT FEEL SAVE AT ALL HOTELS.COM WONT REFUND MONEY AND REPLY AS PER THEIR GUARANTEE OF CANCELLATION

The Mansion
I booked a room at the Mansion in florida city florida. We i pulled put the outside was not so attractive. I have to admit I was scared st first. My husband and I parked and went inside. We where amazed at how clean the inside was and decorated very well. It gave use a relaxing home type feeling. We were gives a tour and inside pool was just right. The room we were given was clean, romanticly decorated, and they even had a elegant welcome package laid on the bed. The updated technology they had for entering and exiting the buliding was very easy and convient. We wee very happy and the price was great. If your looking for a place rent out the Mansion.

Worst possible place you could EVER book. DO NOT!
A one story shack in the ghetto with bars on the windows and a gravel driveway with no gates or security. I could not stay there. Seriously terrifying. Don’t do it. Read all the other reviews. Expedia needs to remove this ‘hotel’ (there is not signage outside of this house) from their database. It’s awful. Run away! And pray you don’t get mugged in the process. Yes. It’s seriously THAT bad. The neighbors next door did not help enhance the image of the hotel while they BBQ’d over a burned out oil drum in the driveway. Completely horrifying.

Host is frienly and helpful, the place is quiet. The location is not far from Evergalde national park. It would be better if the bathroom nicer ( it is cleaned so). Overall, it is good to stay

Wouldn’t go near it, in the middle of a run down
We just didn’t go to check in, found it after an hour of searching, could not believe that it was in the middle of a run down residential area. Daren't Park the car anywhere near. All of the buildings around were prefabricated single storey. I suppose that it depends on your expectations but “mansion” it certainly is not. They would not refund any of our prepaid.

Didn’t know it was a B & B with no Breakfast.Room rate was same as near by motel.But the facilities were a # 1 compared to # 10 for near by motels.Will examine Expedia site much more closely in future.
