"Great location"
We stay here last month with couple of friends.  The hotel is under reconstruction, therefore we see alot of robes outside our windows.  We happen to stay next to the room that is under construction.  We woke up with loud noises.  The staff in the hotel was really helpful, they change our room to a floor with no construction.  Both pools were magnificent.  The infinity pool is great for swimming laps in the morning.  The other is great, the water was warm.  The beach is just behind the hotel.  It is only separated by the boardwalk.  The beach is not pack with people, which was really nice.  The hotel is located walking distance to shopping and restaurants.  Which saved a lot of cab money.  I would have gave a four star, if the reconstruction is done.  Overall I'll recommend the hotel.  Friendly staff, great location.

"Great Hotel"
I normally don't write reviews (good or bad), but I felt compelled to write about the Park Central Hotel. This was my second time staying at the hotel (I had a conference in the midtown area) and this time was even better than the first. This hotel is located in a perfect location (two blocks in one direction is Central Park... two blocks in the other direction is Times Square). Regardless if you're in NYC for business or pleasure, this hotel is great. I found the staff exceptionally friendly and helpful, especially Ellen at the front desk who epitomized stellar service, attentiveness, and friendliness. I have never had such great service in the states. The rooms are very clean, the in-hotel restaurant serves tasty food, and the room rates are a great bang for your buck. Whenever I'm in the City, I will make it a must to stay at Park Central Hotel.

"Beautiful Hotel Stay"
We loved the hotel and the room was large and comfortable. Staff were always helpful and prompt when something was needed. I would prefer to get my own ice but that is not possible, they have to bring it to you. The valet parking attendants were fabulous! Fast, courteous and fun! The front desk staff were always polite, helpful, and prompt. The only thing I disliked was the balcony in the room. It faces a white wall, no view! We didn't spend any time out there. I did get a fantastic massage in the spa and I would recommend anyone to go there and get a service. The spa is beautiful, clean, and they cater to your every need. The therapist was extremely knowledgeable and I had one of the best massages I have ever had! Overall, I would go back if I planned on visiting the Miami area again.

"Good start, but needs some work"
My first impression of the hotel was great! They greeted us very warmly and immediately escorted us to our room to sign in (nice touch!). We also got a mini welcome cocktail. The room (a manor villa) was beautiful and beautifully appointed (with a live orchid in the living room!). While the staff are all incredibly warm and friendly, not all of them are very efficient. I had to call the hotel three times before arriving to get restaurant reservations made, each time being told that it would ABSOLUTELY get done (but the restaurants recommended were excellent) and in the end, we had reservations at two different places for the same night, which I had to straighten out. We ordered room service one morning and then never again. Not that there was anything wrong with the food. No one ever picked the tray up. I even called to request tray pick-up - twice. Instead it sat outside our room and the milk soured. Service in the restaurant was great and the food is fabulous. The cocktails are inventive and delicious and the wine list is reasonable and well-edited. The interior of the hotel is also beautiful. The weirdest part of the stay was maid service. We prefer to save water and not have the linens and towels changes during short stays. Despite this, the maid removed the washcloths from one bathroom and didn't replace them (no harm, we just took them out of the OTHER full bath) and for some reason, the top sheet was removed from the bed and not replaced. This happened on our last full day and we didn't notice until we got in bed, so we didn't bother to complain. Overall, a good start, but still needs some work to come up to snuff.

"Excellent and Charming"
I stayed  with my boyfriend at this hotel in August. We both loved it.  Our room was excellent, the bed was awesome, very clean, plenty of towels and came with a very nice size balcony.  The hotel staff was very kind and helpful (except for the lady with the short died blond hair cut at the guest check in site and the black bartender at the happy hours time). The complementary breakfast was alright, but the coffee was excellent.  We loved the location of the hotel with plenty of young people hanging around and the very close distance from the beach.  Right across from the hotel, there is a convenient store that you can buy beer, cigarette and many other things. This store also sells delicious food that is cheap.  Lots of people go there to get food, so get there earlier if you need to buy the food, as the food sells fast (I think they start selling the food around 11:00 a.m.).  We also loved the roof top swimming pool, which was an additional plus to the modern/colorful deco of the hotel.  We are actually planning to stay once again in this hotel in a few weeks.  I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone that wants to have the fun, young at heart and is not a stuck up. Happy traveling,  CR from NY.

"Hotel did not provide the room type that had been reserved."
This was a very clean and lovely hotel. Nice location close to the beach. We had only one problem. My husband and I were traveling with our 2 teen age sons and had reserved a room with two queen size beds. Three days before our arrival, I called the hotel to confirm our reservation and the two queen beds. Upon arrival, we were given a room with one queen bed and a pull out couch. We told them we had reservations for two queen beds but were told they had none available. My sons spent 4 very uncomfortable nights with the sleepers springs sticking into their backs. I feel that when I called to confirm the reservation, they lied to me so I would not cancel. Not very nice.

"High Value for money"
My experience in this hotel was great as you have all what you need, central location, clean place to stay and good service. The hotel facilities are not great but are clean and anyway the idea when you are in holidays is not to spend the day at the hotel. So in My opinion is good the only problem is with the parking as are not enough spaces for the quantity of rooms
