"Friendly staff and accessible"
We stayed during the week. They were doing some maintenance to the property, but it didn't cause any major issues for us. We saw a water ballet, which was a surprise. Staff was very friendly. Rooms were clean and handicap accessible. Drink prices are very expensive. Everything else was reasonable.

"Great Hotel"
I normally don't write reviews (good or bad), but I felt compelled to write about the Park Central Hotel. This was my second time staying at the hotel (I had a conference in the midtown area) and this time was even better than the first. This hotel is located in a perfect location (two blocks in one direction is Central Park... two blocks in the other direction is Times Square). Regardless if you're in NYC for business or pleasure, this hotel is great. I found the staff exceptionally friendly and helpful, especially Ellen at the front desk who epitomized stellar service, attentiveness, and friendliness. I have never had such great service in the states. The rooms are very clean, the in-hotel restaurant serves tasty food, and the room rates are a great bang for your buck. Whenever I'm in the City, I will make it a must to stay at Park Central Hotel.

"Rooftop pool walking distance to bay."
Bay area had affordable prices on water activities ,kayak ,sup, etc. Plenty of restaurants walking distance with great food. Rooftop pool played Mayweather fight free to guests on projector screen w/ pre party. Beautiful pool and awesome staff. A very nice and peaceful escape not too close to the strip with friendly people.

"Good start, but needs some work"
My first impression of the hotel was great! They greeted us very warmly and immediately escorted us to our room to sign in (nice touch!). We also got a mini welcome cocktail. The room (a manor villa) was beautiful and beautifully appointed (with a live orchid in the living room!). While the staff are all incredibly warm and friendly, not all of them are very efficient. I had to call the hotel three times before arriving to get restaurant reservations made, each time being told that it would ABSOLUTELY get done (but the restaurants recommended were excellent) and in the end, we had reservations at two different places for the same night, which I had to straighten out. We ordered room service one morning and then never again. Not that there was anything wrong with the food. No one ever picked the tray up. I even called to request tray pick-up - twice. Instead it sat outside our room and the milk soured. Service in the restaurant was great and the food is fabulous. The cocktails are inventive and delicious and the wine list is reasonable and well-edited. The interior of the hotel is also beautiful. The weirdest part of the stay was maid service. We prefer to save water and not have the linens and towels changes during short stays. Despite this, the maid removed the washcloths from one bathroom and didn't replace them (no harm, we just took them out of the OTHER full bath) and for some reason, the top sheet was removed from the bed and not replaced. This happened on our last full day and we didn't notice until we got in bed, so we didn't bother to complain. Overall, a good start, but still needs some work to come up to snuff.

"Hotel review"
Pros: affordable, golf cart shuttle that can take you to the main strip, about a block and a half from the beach, 2 pools, wifi, happy hour (I'll explain that more later), airport shuttle (I'll explain that later). Cons: The airport shuttle only comes once and hour and could potentially be fun so you have to wait another hour before you get to the hotel. The shuttle takes people from a few different hotels so it can fill up fast. Make sure you plan ahead to get the shuttle when you leave (tell front desk), if you don't you won't be able to get on it and you'll have to take an uber or cab. The beach is beautiful and the towels/chairs are free. If you want an umbrella its NOT included, it's an extra $15 per day. The happy hour sounds AMAZING right? There are a few catches..Only 2 drinks allowed. They don't have many bartenders working (2 or less) and it's super busy! So it's highly unlikely you'll get 2 drinks within that hour. Also, they seem to have private events on the weekends like weddings etc so you may not have access to the bar at that time either. Check with hotel before booking. Rooms are clean and the staff is nice. The rooms are somewhat dark and a little small. The pools are smaller as well. Overall, I enjoyed my stay but things always seemed to mess up. No airport shuttle for over an hour. The room we thought we booked wasn't the one we wanted. We booked 2 queen beds and got there to find 1 queen bed. They upgraded us to a king.

"Hotel did not provide the room type that had been reserved."
This was a very clean and lovely hotel. Nice location close to the beach. We had only one problem. My husband and I were traveling with our 2 teen age sons and had reserved a room with two queen size beds. Three days before our arrival, I called the hotel to confirm our reservation and the two queen beds. Upon arrival, we were given a room with one queen bed and a pull out couch. We told them we had reservations for two queen beds but were told they had none available. My sons spent 4 very uncomfortable nights with the sleepers springs sticking into their backs. I feel that when I called to confirm the reservation, they lied to me so I would not cancel. Not very nice.

This hotel is amazing! The rooftop pool and bar is beautiful. The location is perfect. The beach, the bars, clubs, and restaurants are walking distance from there. Our room was always clean and housekeeping was very attentive with the service, they always made sure we had clean towels. I would definitely stay here again!

"High Value for money"
My experience in this hotel was great as you have all what you need, central location, clean place to stay and good service. The hotel facilities are not great but are clean and anyway the idea when you are in holidays is not to spend the day at the hotel. So in My opinion is good the only problem is with the parking as are not enough spaces for the quantity of rooms
