Worst hotel experience ever!!! Roaches, no towels, broke tub handle…worst of the worst!! Literally had to hire a lawyer. Hotel needs to be shut down.

Sigh, if you're on a tight budget and have no other choice, I'd recommend this place. However, if you do have some diginity and want better for yourself, spend the extra cash and sleep somewhere decent. I was caving into the bed. The paint in the tub was peeling. Some things were stained. It was just alright. One positive note, it didnt run out of hot water after 5 people took hot showers. I definitely give it a solid 1/5.

It was on the beach. That part was great. The photos online showed a beautiful swimming pool. When we got there, the pool was fenced off and under repair. The bathroom was so moldy that we didn’t want to get into the shower.

The elevators took at least 4 minutes to come and were always full. The whole complex needs updating. The ac in our room leaks. One of the beds in our room collapsed while sleeping. Overall worst property we've ever been to. Seriously considering asking for reimbursement.

Rude staff, dirty lobby, dirty rooms, just horrible. No signage, but stupid staff yells at everyone. Where's the customer service??? Property needs basic training when it comes to serving people. As a corporate manager, I'm super disgusted with this experience.
