They need to get the second elevator working ASAP. I've stayed there 3 times over several months and it's still under construction. The stairs are outside and not accessible by guests without a key from a manager. Also, we used the pull out sofa one night for our son and it was filthy. Otherwise, staff is nice and hotel is convenient.

When we checked in the television wasn’t working. They sent someone to fix it. Then the lights in the bathroom quit working. Then they sent someone to fix it. They weren’t able to fix it and they came back on. Then they went off again. Then they moved us to another room. Then we were on the side of the hotel, where all the traffic is and we could not sleep all night long. It was a bad experience they wanted to compensate us with points, but only 2000 points and it takes 30,000 points to stay in this hotel for one night.

It was a horrible stay. Parking was challenging, Doors were locked and nobody was initially at the desk to let us in at 11:00 pm. The facility was old and worn. The shower drain was completely clogged and was never fixed during our stay. I would not stay here again !!
