I was left outside on the street for 2 hours with my suitcases at night because they did not provide me with the access codes to enter the property or my room. They were well aware of my 7pm arrival because in the exchanges they even thanked me for given them a heads up... not the type of neighboohodd you want to be hanging out with your suitcases on the sidewalk....

My stay in Boutique apartment was good. The only this that has to be highlighted is the property name that is confusing, completely different from Boutique apartments, and I have spent a lot of time during check in to make sure it’s the right property.

Access code didn’t work-left in the rain
I don’t recommend booking this at all. I was given an incorrect access code and was left out in the rain with my children after midnight , unable to get in. There was no customer service to contact, as we arrived from our flight after midnight. They did not contact me with a new code until 6 am, and no apology was given. Luckily hotels.com reaccomodated us the same night, because if it was up to this property owner we would have been stuck. Listen to the reviews. I don’t recommend giving this the benefit of the doubt
