Negreet Retreat is a water front home located in a quiet calm cove excellent for fishing. A super short boat ride gets you to the main lake of Toledo Bend and a 5 minute boat ride to Cypress Bend resort. This new, clean and cozy lake house has its own private concrete boat launch, fishing pier and floating dock. 2 single person Kayaks are included for you use during your stay. The boat house has one powered boat slip for your use along with a fish cleaning station with water and electricity. Excellent views from the large patio with comfy furniture. Enjoy any type of water sports or just relax by the fire pit! Excellent retreat for relaxing and watching birds of all sorts.

This property is perfect. Inside had all the right amenities. The outside was the show stopper. Patio was roomy and comfortable. Pier, kayaks and hammock made it super easy to enjoy the water, weather, and birds. Already booked another stay.

We can’t say enough good things about this property. The house was clean, orderly and well furnished for our stay. The pier, private boat launch, boat lift and kayaks are a perfect touch to this tranquil piece of the lake. The location is a short drive to all local necessities, yet isolated from the busier areas of the lake. The fishing off the pier and bank was amazing! We caught many varieties of fish such as crappie, catfish, alligator gar and large mouth bass. The biggest being a nice 4 pound bass right off the shore. We will be back Kane times throughout the year!

Fishermans Paradise!
What an amazing place right on the shores of Toledo Bend. As an angler that spends a lot of time traveling to fish all across the country, I can tell you it is one of the nicest places i've ever stayed. Plus it has its own boat ramp in the back yard!
