I liked that the facility was easily accessed from the interstate and located near several popular restaurants and fast foods with a gas station next to it. Staff was friendly, courteous and helpful. My stay of several days was mostly relaxing and pleasant. Although I did not use the pool, one is available.

Very nice customer service experience rooms were so clean I love that they don’t have carpet hardwood flooring was beautiful and they also did away with the small bottles of soap etc they now have dispenser’s for them all in the shower as well ! I just loved my stay here this will be my choice of stay when I’m visiting the Hammond area again! I highly recommend this place!!!

The staff was friendly. My key wouldn't work often but the staff was very helpful and courteous in correcting things for me. I did report that the housekeeper never cleaned our room during our 2 night stay.
