This was a lovely hotel, super convenient for the tube and lovely friendly staff. The only thing I would say could have made the stay better would be more plug sockets and USB ports in the rooms (particularly the latter).

Very friendly reception
Lovely stay. Very welcoming reception with a personalised card and a welcome glass of Prosecco at 6pm in the bar (although we were out at that time). Great location a short walk from Earl’s Court tube. We had a room with a sofa bed which I’d asked for it to be made up and it was there ready when we arrived. There is a little kitchen cupboard and fridge which was really useful. Would definitely stay again.

The room was not as advertised. Pictures shown were of a newer room and condition. Do note you might have to carry your luggages up the Staircase as some rooms have staircase access. We had big luggages and had to drag them up the staircase. Room was also very small and highly doubt it was 20 sqm, more like 17 sqm

We only stayed one night, thankfully. Room was as small as a cabin on a cruise ship, with a kitchenette. We were placed in the lower ground facing a prison-like courtyard. Make sure you request an upper floor. No fresh air, although AC worked well. Excellent location near Earl’s Court Tube Station with grocery stores.

The hotel is within walking distance to shops and dining facilities. 2 min Wal to Earl's Court station. The place charming and all the staff were friendly and accommodating. They allowed us to store our luggages whilst picking up our car hire. If we ever come back to London, we'll definitely stay here.
