The expansive pool and spa, billiards, games, and grassy areas make for a nice escape for a group or family. There are 5 bedrooms, 7 beds (1 King, 2 Queens, 1 Twin Bunk Bed, 1 Twin Trundle). Four bedrooms are on the main level and one bathroom and additional bedroom downstairs. The primary bedroom includes an en suite bathroom with a modern walk-in "super shower".

* Pool heating is available at $100 per night, jacuzzi is complimentary and will be heated to 104 degrees at your desired time of use for max of 5 hours.

* We have noise monitoring device in the backyard and in the living room. These devices only records the decibels to monitor noise level during quiet hours but NO audio recording.

All of them are on 24/7 and for security purposes. There is no camera in private area or anywhere inside the house. Security cameras solely facing the street (as required by the City)
