The place is dirty and worn out. There were hairs and stain found on the bedsheets. Towels are very old and worn out. Room is noisy as it is facing the free way. The staff is nice though. Will not choose to stay at this place anymore.

I made my reservation over a month before arrival. Driving for over 8 hours to be told they gave away my room to someone else. On website it states latest check in time was 11:30. It was 7:20 upon arrival. Told we tried to call you and authorize card. Driving from Colorado we had patches of no cell service. I tried telling the lady no where on website not in email they sent did it state I had to be there by 6. I had to drive to another 30 miles to get a motel I could afford. Property appeared filthy and not in greatest neighborhood. So probably was a blessing in disguise but what horrible customer service. I had booked room here on way back also and I cancelled. Lost my business. And anyone I know. I travel this route 3 times a year.

The refrigerator had a slab of ice along the backside. The bathroom sink dripped constantly. The bathtub drained super slow when we took a shower. It is located right along Interstate 70 so noise from there as well. No coffee was available due to shortage of staff. Old motel that is very run down. Towel racks were rusty. No hand towels provided.

The toilet wouldn't flush. The room was still dirty. One towel and one dirty washcloth for 2 people. Wasn't at all clean.

It was in a convenient location and was budget friendly, but you get what you pay for and there's a LOT of stuff that goes on in and around the property that makes you not wanna be there or be super anxious about your safety.

Do not stay here

We booked this hotel for a sports team because all other hotels were sold out. At first we thought it would be ok. The staff member showed me a sample room before the team arrived. It was modest but clean so I figured they would be ok. When the team arrived after hours of driving there was blood in the bed. It had soaked through the sheets and mattress. The hotel staff member told us that housekeeping was not available until the morning and there was nothing she could do. When we asked for a refund we were originally told no. Eventually we were refunded our money. It was a horrible experience.

Just okay.

Pros: Nice tv, water pressure was great, good location.
Cons: Smell of room, and floors/stairs in lobby need cleaned
Location: Basehor Field of Dreams!
Lobby floors were dirty, room had a funny smell. I will not stay at this hotel, for the cost we could stay at a classier hotel, and breakfast didn't start tell 8 am. Too late for softball players!

Better than people think it is.

We came in late at night on a Saturday & i was happy to see a security guard come directly to the front desk. I am willing to bet that this is an old Holiday Inn & one of the better ones. The decor may be a little tacky & as most hotels, could use some updating, but it is clean & comfortable.
