The key I was given did not open the door to the room assigner me. I had to walk a long distance back to the office and was given a key to a different room. There were about five sheet of toilet paper left on the roll which makes me wonder did the room cleaner not do.

The pool and hot tub were great. There was a full breakfast in the morning-eggs, sausage, waffles, toast, hot and cold cereal, fruit and beverages. The staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean. I would stay here again.

we tried to check in early and was okay with not being able to. at 3pm which is check in time, the room wasn't ready. The lady checked us in and said they were finishing up, hoping maybe 10 to 15 minutes, yet it turned into 45 minutes. It seemed as though the room had just been started when we arrived at 3pm. Was informed of late check-out for our room, yet we did not get any type of courtesy for my inconvenience. I had asked about the pool amenity and was told it just went down and would not be up anytime soon, yet 3 hours later was awoken by people in the pool. The jacuzzi had a few stray hairs as well as dirty jets and headrests that were falling off. At check-out the next morning, I discussed the issues with the person working and said it was not a pleasant stay. He seemed as though he would have reached out about our stay to rectify the situation yet haven't heard anything. Very dissatisfied and will not use this facility again. Would not recommend.

Room was clean, water pressure in shower was less than desirable. And breakfast needed some more options. Other than that, I don’t have anything to complain about, although everything including water pressure and breakfast was acceptable.

The staff was nice and friendly and helpful. The room seemed clean, but we saw some bugs in the bed. The male maid walked into our room while I was staying there with my daughter. I guess he assumed the room wasn't occupied. The bed was as hard as a rock. I will not be staying here in the future and wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
