Location is good, and everything is excellent including the staff. However, the railway construction work was carried out till 2-3AM during our 2 nights stay.

The hotel was comfortable, receptionist Vijay was delightful and the variety of the breakfast buffet was good. I only gave 4 stars for the property condition as there was a malfunctioning blind (washroom) in my room. But otherwise, the room was in immaculate condition.

Room are clean and bed comfortable. Breakfast should be have more variety. Only unhappy for late checkout only given 30mins. After appealing given till 1pm. When I mentioned I was member of IHG and I was told booking thru Expedia will not given long extension.
