Serene Beach Place
The house was just as charming as pictured. It was located in a cute neighborhood that seemed very safe, with many Restaurant options. The property owners had beach chairs and a few beach towels for us to use which really made things easy! I would definitely stay here again!

Overall was very good. Only cons are the bedroom patio window was clouded up, so unable to see street view. The kitchen/living room needs more color. It’s primarily gray and white. It reminded me of a hospital

Jax Beach
We stayed here for about 10 days and have zero complaints. It's located one block from the beach on the lower end of Jax Beach city limits, which is less crowded than further north. The home itself is very comfortable and recently upgraded. The home is stocked with all you need to feel at home. The host is extremely responsive and very welcoming. We highly recommend it. Thank you for an enjoyable stay, Michael.

Awesome host
We stayed from a Friday to a Monday and the stay was great. Clean. The host was easy to communicate with and access if we needed anything. I read a previous review that complained about it not being close to the beach, it is very close. It’s not beach front but it’s literally like walking into your backyard and the beach is right there. Highly recommend
