The water view from our room is magnificent and breathtaking!! It’s a boutique hotel with an excellent location that offers tourists with variety of food and shops. We had a wonderful time staying at the hotel! Cleaning staff are friendly and front desk staff are very helpful.

The proximity of this hotel was amazing. However we were in the first floor which was noise due to being closer to the street. This is the busiest Avenue (Istiklal Caddesi) in Istanbul! We kindly asked at check in if we could be in higher floors. The request was denied. Housekeeping was rather haphazard. We were supplied with clean towels but the dirty ones were left in a pile in the shower! Had to ask for tea and coffee supplies… The decor is modern. We were impressed by the electronic messaging pad in the wall that informs housekeeping whether you want your room cleaned etc! Other than that we had a lovely stay. The reception staff were courteous and helpful. And, we were right in ‘the thick of the acrion’!

Amazing location - right on Taksim Square and across the bridge to Asia side. Location was perfect, easy walk to Galata tower, metro station and hotel customer service was the best I have seen! Will be back soon!!!

I thought the hotel is beautiful and well maintained. The people at the lobby, especially the front desk and the bellhops were very curteous, respectful, and always helpful. They are giving and caring people. A special consideration goes to Suleimein, Doreanna, Akin, Elief of guest relations, and Special thank goes to Mostafa because he has a beautiful heart.
