The Hotel was overbooked and they sold my room. I refused to accept that excuse!! When I came back at 11:00 pm after a retirement party for someone who worked for me for 44 yrs , A 65W spot light over my bed could could not be turned off!!!! Two girls got a ladder and disconnected the light fixture. When I woke up the next morning there was NO HOT WATER IN MY SHOWER!! It was the worst hotel experience in my 79 years of life. Simply put .. the hotel sucks and I wouldn’t stay there for free. Rich Ackley Longboat Key, FL.

First room I was given the door was open and the room had not been cleaned at all. I went to the front desk to get another room. The second room had several dead roaches in the tub, toilet, on the floor, and one on the wall, don’t know if it was alive or dead. The floor had been swept because the dirt pile was still in front of the fridge. I left immediately and got a refund within 3 days. The front desk person was great and apparently the manager, I didn’t not meet, handled the situation the next morning. That hotel was disgusting.

Was given room 318 at check in and was greeted by an infestation of cockroaches. They were EVERYWHERE! The worst part is that they knew about it because there was a sticky trap hanging halfway out behind the fridge with every square inch of it covered in dead roaches. Was told the room would be refunded but still waiting on that over a week later.

The place looks great out there, the room is exactly like the photos, the only problem is the common area, garbage around, bad smells , people in the parking lot smoking, I don't feel safe unfortunately.

Room smells like cigarettes , no hair dryer, iron,
The staff is nice. The room smell like cigarettes. It smells like smoking room when the hotel said all rooms are non-smoking. No hair dryer in the room, you have to borrow from the office, No iron or ironing board in the room, no clothes hangers. No staff available after 10 p.m I will not stay in this hotel again.
