Worst experience ever. As soon as we settled into our room, we sat on the bed and the HEADBOARD FELL. Not only did headboard come away from the wall, but the bracket to the headboard was broken as well. Seemed as if it was a poor attempt to swiftly place it together “for the next persons problem”. Was comical initially, but for the price of the room I truly expected more. Incredibly noisy!! We know this may not be the hotels fault, just adding this detail in case you’re booking for a quiet getaway like we did. We could hear the rooms on both sides of us and above! Every. Single. Footstep. We heard all of the water/toilet flushes from the surrounding rooms. It sounded as if the guests were dragging furniture against the walls! Our key to the room stopped working, we had to go to the front on 3 separate occasions to get this fixed. And yes, we kept our key card away from any other magnets and our cell phones. Heater in the room DID NOT work. We spoke to front desk about this issue specifically, and they assured that “it needed time to kick in and warm up”. We tried ”letting it kick in” for exactly 22 minutes but running the air made the room much more colder than warming it up, so we ended up going to buy an electric blanket from target. Front desk was NOT interested in helping whatsoever, seemed very annoyed to help accommodate our heater/card issues at their own establishment. Will not book again unless it’s absolutely my last option, but even reconsidering that to never.
