Property manager Tracy claims we broke her pool. She only let us swim for 45minutes because they didn’t want to leave the heated pool on for longer. This was a terrible experience, DONT BELIEVE HEATED POOL MARKETING

DO NOT RENT HERE!!!
We’ve stayed in hundreds of rentals and have never left a bad review until now. Check in took almost 2 hours because the app they said to use didn’t work. The AC was broken the entire time and it was almost 100 degrees in there at times. They kept saying a technician was on his way from the second we arrived. When the tech arrived 5 days later, he told us they have known about the fan motor on the AC unit not working from the last several renters, but refuse to fix it. There were no batteries in the remotes to use the fans. They have a window unit that cooled the living room to around 80 degrees. It was miserable. The pool house/fourth room isn’t attached to the home, so you’re not putting kids out there. There was a used joint in the grill. Communication was ridiculous and cookie cutter responses. We were not very nice after working 11 hours in the heat and coming back to the house at 80+ degrees. We have requested a partial refund, but they won’t respond. We had to go out every night somewhere to simply try to cool off. We couldn’t find alternative lodging because of the rodeo in town and were stuck there dying at night. The area is not safe. Our Forman stayed a few blocks away and had his windows busted out of his truck. They are horrible humans that will not take responsibility for their rental issues. We couldn’t stand staying there and left two days early after we found another place to stay. We reported them to VRBO and filed a complaint.

It’s was very nice bed very comfortable and it was clean the pool was nice and getting in contact with property people was a call away and every time they answered witch I only had to call 2 time because everything was really already put together for us we really thank y’all and will be booking again some time

Very disappointed in this home. I have stayed in many vacation rentals, and have not have the problems that I had with this one…there were not enough sheets and blankets, getting in the gate was a problem, the ac didn’t work.
