The front desk closes at 11 PM, but there is a phone to call for assistance, and someone came quickly.

The receptionist was overwhelmed and took a long time. The room was a poorly furnished and had an an infestation of roaches. The back door was zip tied open and you could not use your key to open it. I felt unsafe there with my mother. The hotel needs to be reported to the health department. There are sick people staying there. Safety and being clean should be a priority.

It was a good distance from MD Anderson hospital where I was having tests made. Our room had a strong bleach odor when we arrived, but after leaving vent fan on it bath for an hour or so, it was much better. I'm sure it was clean as much bleach as they had used.

The property was very convenient to most of the MD Anderson Medical Facilities.
It wasn't the cleanest place I've ever stayed. But it wasn't completely gross, either. For the price, I would stay there again.
