The free breakfast Buffet was a joke, awful, the staff rude limited English. No elevator, stairs only. Buttons on ac missing, no ability to take a bath, no stopper. Staff argues I needed to request handicap room. Not according to Travelocity website. Absolutely atrocious never again. Beware of this place.

There was a roach in my bed. I recorded this bc I didn’t want them to think I was lying. Went to the front desk. Where the man said “okay, I’m sorry”. Nothing else. I had to request to speak to a manager. The manager calls and offer me $25.00 refund and a 25.00 credit for next time. I decline the next time credit. He calls back stating he charged me 25.00 instead of crediting me 25. I will never stay at this place again.

The pictures certainly tell a different story. Not nearly as nice as the photos show it. Terrible soap and shampoo, not Do Not Disturb, not Safety Chain on door (door opens to the parking lot).
