The fun house duplex water view w/ 5 Bedrooms Texas, Pan Am, Santa, Deer & Nasa

Great place to relax, great canal view, foot pool, hot tub, duck pond, outdoor picnic table. Swing, rockers, and 12 Adirondack color chairs, outside fireplace, smokers and grills on 1/2 acre. Inside large 65 inch TV, top quality Massage Chair, pool table, Foosball and darts. Small office, L Shape bar with 10 Adjustable Bar Stools and full kitchen and large Fridge, ice maje and freezer. ADDITIONAL outside patio in front with 5 chairs and 29 rockers and out door darts.
Captain Eric and massage therpist wife Mary live on the property in separate quarters. Special event are more and must be coordinated and approved. Fishing and sight seeing boat trips are extra along with jet ski and boat rentals.
You can catch free bait shrimp. Chad and finger mullet and fish for gar, Flounder, reds, trout and Blue Channel Cats with or without night time fishing lights or go out in 2 different kayaks and paddle boards.

Fun house good location
The home was as advertised with many bedrooms and a fun house for everyone. The speciality rooms created by Eric and Mary, his wife, made great conversation with our family during our stay. Eric was a great host. Any problems he was there to help out. The children enjoyed fishing off the dock, Eric's tips for fishing and crabbing, , the history of the home and the fun loving guy Eric. The home's location was good with easy access to the major roads and in a quiet neighborhood. There were some minor issues that we discussed with Eric. OVerall, we would certainly keep the home on our list for a visit to the Houston area.
