We love the Hyatt House. Every one we have stayed in has been beautiful and comfortable. The people are always professional and friendly, this stay was no exception.

Much has changed here in recent years. Maintenance is being ignored. Non locking restroom door, light bulbs out, a heating unit that is loud enough to prevent sleep, and a non responsive maintenance staff to boot.
