Welcome to beautiful Gulf Shores Plantation Resort which is a gated, vacation community offering over 4000 feet of private, white beach frontage, natural sand dunes, and gorgeous well manicured landscaping. Activities are available for all ages and perfect for family get-aways.

Our newly and freshly decorated condominium has an awesome DIRECT gulf view, and is fully furnished and well maintained for your enjoyment and comfort. The kitchen is fully-equipped with stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffeemaker, toaster, and blender. The condominium also has WiFi, two TVs and cable.

The bedroom has a queen-size bed and the living room has a sofa sleeper. The unit also has two small built-in bunkbeds. Linens, iron, and all kitchen utensils provided. Facility offers a coin-operated laundry. This resort is next door to the nationally ranked Kiva Dunes Golf Course and just minutes away from the restaurants, shopping and entertainment of Gulf Shores.

After reading previous reviews, I agree with them that check-in was effortless, beach access was close and handy, nice views, the community was somewhat secluded, not very crowded, and the owner responded promptly to my emails. However, I have to disagree with them saying that it was clean! Under the glass in the refrigerator needed cleaned, the sliding glass door tracks had NOT been cleaned for quite sometime, and the fabric on the sofa and throw pillows was soiled. Also, the unit had a strong musky smell which I used almost a full can of Febreze during our 4 night stay in order to endure the odor. Another issue was the bed sheets elastic was stretched and would not remain in place.

Nice condo and beautiful view from the balcony
We enjoyed this so much! The beach was very clean and was not busy at all, on Easter weekend! The grounds were very nice. The condo was as described and the linens and towels were all clean. The twin beds were very small, so plan accordingly. The condo was pretty clean, for the most part, but the cleaning team missed a couple minor things that were communicated with the condo owner and she was very easy to get in touch with. Will stay again :)

The condo was as described. It is located on the 3rd floor at the stairs. There is a great view of the ocean. Well supplied with everything needed, including dishwasher.

Great location and beautiful beaches, but a little disappointing unit
The rental was ideally located right on the beach with beautiful views from the balcony. It also well situated near two well maintained pools. However, the unit wasn't as clean or as well maintained as we would have liked. There were a few dirty dishes in the cabinets and drawers, no end tables or bedside tables, a lots of loose cords around the TV, several walls looked like they needed repainting, and the sliding patio door did not work well. The fan in the bathroom was covered by a picture on the wall, which when removed revealed a dusty wall and grimy fan. There were also black, moldy looking spots on the ceiling in the bathroom and kitchen. The laundry room on our floor was also out of order. There were built-in bunk beds, as promised, however, they were not big enough for adults or large teenagers and there was no ladder (or even anywhere to step) to reach the top bunk.
