Very clean rooms, just a bit small. Worst part were the other guests. The parking lot was like a nightclub , with loud music until 2 a.m.. The breakfast was good, hot and fresh, but very limited seating, so we ate in our room. Overall not a bad place for a quick stay.

They cancelled our reservation at 4pm of the day of arrival and did not notify us in any way. Can only guess at why, someone may have bought it out from under us by tipping the person at desk, as it was a packed weekend with two schools hosting parents weekend. All they would say is sorry, nothing they could do for us. Simply the worst level of integrity to customer service...beware of your reservation!!!

1) I took about 15minutes to check in with no line. 2) night1 we had a knock on our down several times[guy from front desk,2-3&4 were random people] with “noise complaints”! The first time my daughter and I were just laying on the beds watching tv. The other times, lights were out and we were trying to sleep. The nerve of people. I reported this to the front desk Saturday morning, but evidently there were no notes added to our room/stay by that young lady. She supposedly was going to let the manager know...guess not. 3) Saturday night was terrible. We discovered how thin the walls were at 230 in the morning when room 220 come in.Those folks were loud and cussed like sailors, I could hear every word of their conversation. Evidently, room 318 enjoyed running in their room or doing flips? They were very loud at 10:00pm when we were trying to go to sleep. 4) tried to report this to the arrogant guy(same dude that knocked on our door with a “noise complaint) at the desk during checkout, but his response was..”I don’t have time for that right now”. 5) possible the worst visit to a hotel ever!
