Hot tub water was very dirty looking . First room the door lock wasn't working. The second room there was dried urine on the toilet. The third room the bathtub wouldn't plug for our son to take a bath. The condition of the hotel was terrible and dirty .

The motel was quite nice, but there’s nothing to do in Gaylord. This is just a stop to get to the UP, Petoskey, Boyne, or Traverse City for day trips.

Not a bad hotel at all. For the money you can’t beat it. It’s a great deal. Not a four-star, but not paying for a four-star. Play some clean. Nice pool. Nice staff.
