Modern lakefront home, Amazing View w/ Nearby Boat Launch

Welcome to Rockhaven, our newly renovated lake home on the Kings River branch of Table Rock Lake. There’s plenty of space to spread out and enjoy the wildlife, the lakefront view and your close family and friends. Our home is fully furnished with everything you need to enjoy a vacation from home. Fully equipped kitchen and baths, lawn toys, nearby boat launch, amazing views, or walk down to the lake.

When you walk into our home, you will immediately notice the abundance of windows, showcasing our panoramic views of the lake. First space you will encounter is the large living room, complete with a sectional couch, two modern side chairs, a wall mounted TV and games and over 100 movies to watch. There's a desk space and comfy chair as well. Off the back of the living space is a viewing room with an Egg Chair, which has been created just for the purpose of reading or enjoying coffee while watching the wildlife.
Between the living and dining space, there's a large wood stove, great for adding heat in the dead of winter. We having a dining space, which easily seats 7-8 and then a newly renovated and modern kitchen including stone backsplash, granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. Off the kitchen is a coffee bar and bar stools, seating area and full bath with a shower and tub combo. Off the dining space, you can access the large back deck space, which has another dining table with seating for 6, four accent chairs and a large outdoor griddle for making big meals. As you go up the stairs, you will enter a loft area with two sleeping quarters (one on each side), each with a queen bed and a 2nd bath (1/2 bath). As seen in images, there are privacy walls but no doors. Off this space is a balcony with a seating bench and an amazing view. Through this space, you will also access the hall and HUGE bedroom, large enough for a king bed and two twin beds, with room to spare. This bedroom also has a small seating area and a great view. The garage is accessible and is a good gathering space when weather doesn’t cooperate. We include a ping pong table, foosball table, corn bag toss, a small basketball game and other toys in there. Note that it is a garage and used as such. It is not cleaned like indoor spaces and use caution.

Lake access is possible by walking just around the cove. We have detailed directions on how to access these areas and also how to reach the nearby launch with our check-in instructions.

Easy access destinations from our home include Dogwood Canyons (22 mins), Eureka Springs (29 mins), Promised Land Zoo (13 mins), Big Cedar Lodge and restaurants (48mins) and Silver Dollar City (55 mins).
